NZDJPY recently reversed up from the key support area lying between the pivotal support level 66.80 (which stopped the sharp downtrend in August) and the lower daily Bollinger Band. The upward reversal from this support area stopped the previous medium-term ABC correction (B) from the middle of September. With the moderate bullish sentiment affecting New Zealand dollar today – coupled with moderate Japanese Yen bearishness – NZDJPY is likely rise further toward the next resistance level 68.30 (top of the B-wave of the previous ABC correction (B)).
