AUDJPY loses below the psychological barrier 76.000 as the pair weakens after the the quarterly wage price data in the early sessions today. The AUDJPY breaking below the last high at 75.736 , is en route forming new lower lows for the month targeting the next immediate support at 75.400 ( January 4,2019). The first quarter (Q1) 2019 wage price data slipped beneath 0.6% forecast to march the 0.5% prior on a QoQ basis.The pair was previously under pressure as on-going trade tension between the US and China weighed on the Aussie as Beijing is its largest consumer.
The pair currently falling at 75.639 have already passed the psychological barrier at 76.000 , will experience further selling pressure reaching the next support at 75.400 and breaking this region would push the pair recalling 74.500. Traders will keep their eye on the further china retail sales and Industrial Production Data releases including the U.S China War for fresh momentum.
